Following a recent Twitter bug that exposed over 300 million user passwords, Twitter users are advised to change their Twitter passwords and add the optional 2-factor authentication (2FA) process before signing in. While Twitter’s investigation showed that there was no evidence of any breach or misuse of the unmasked passwords, it is recommended that users change their Twitter passwords to check intrusion.
